AppleInsider pits Alogic Edge against Apple Studio Display

How does a modern ultrawide monitor compare to Apple's own Studio Display? That is the question AppleInsider seeks to answer in a new comparison that pits the Alogic Edge Ultrawide Monitor against the Apple Studio Display.
In the video, AppleInsider highlights several areas where the Alogic Edge stands out, not least its 40-inch ultrawide panel with 5K2K resolution, which provides significantly more screen space than Apple's 27-inch format. The monitor also offers a 100 Hz refresh rate, something the Studio Display still lacks, as well as broad connectivity via USB-C with power delivery for MacBook.
At the same time, AppleInsider notes that Apple's display still has its strengths, including high brightness, built-in speakers and camera, as well as Apple's own design and integration.
